Conditions of use for RotaFlux as a SaaS, plans, credits and cancellation.

RotaFlux is a service operated by de Prados y Bodega Ingenieros S.L. (VAT/CIF: B86106705), with registered address at Ciudalcampo, 28707 San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid (Spain). Contact: [email protected].

Acceptance

Creating an account at https://rotaflux.enredando.me means the registering person and the organization they represent accept these terms. If you are not authorized to bind your organization, do not complete the signup.

Nature of the service

RotaFlux is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) focused on shift scheduling. The application processes the data your organization provides and returns a schedule. RotaFlux is not an HR management system and does not replace time-tracking, attendance or payroll tools.

Plans and credits

RotaFlux runs on a credit model. Each full schedule run consumes credits from the purchased plan. Re-runs, manual adjustments and PDF exports within the same run do not consume additional credits.

Credits in the Monthly plan do not roll over to the next month. Starter and Pro credits do not expire.

Prices are shown excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated at checkout based on the customer jurisdiction and intra-EU VAT number.

Payments and billing

  • Payments are processed through Stripe or an equivalent payment provider. RotaFlux does not store card data.
  • Electronic invoices are issued after payment confirmation and emailed to the account at signup.
  • If a Monthly subscription renewal payment fails, the account enters a restricted state (no new schedule runs) for 14 days; after that, pending credits are voided.

Cancellation and refunds

  • The Monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time from the account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Starter and Pro plans are one-time, non-refundable purchases except in case of demonstrable service defect.

Permitted use

The customer commits to:

  • Use RotaFlux only with data whose processing has a lawful basis.
  • Not upload sensitive data (health, religion, union, etc.) beyond what is strictly necessary for shift computation. RotaFlux does not need or want such data.
  • Not attempt to circumvent technical mechanisms of the service, overload the infrastructure, or reverse-engineer the optimization engine.
  • Keep access credentials confidential.

Intellectual property

RotaFlux, its optimization engine, brand and service assets are property of de Prados y Bodega Ingenieros S.L.. The customer keeps ownership of the data they upload to the service; they grant de Prados y Bodega Ingenieros S.L. a limited and temporary license to process it in the context of the requested schedule run.

Availability and maintenance

RotaFlux is offered “as is” and “as available”. We work to maintain high availability but do not guarantee a specific SLA unless agreed in writing for custom-plan customers.

Planned downtime is announced with reasonable notice via the support email of active customers. Unplanned incidents are communicated as they impact the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, de Prados y Bodega Ingenieros S.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption.

The total aggregate liability of de Prados y Bodega Ingenieros S.L. to the customer, on any ground, shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by the customer to the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Personal data processing

Processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy and, for employee data managed by the customer, by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Modification of terms

de Prados y Bodega Ingenieros S.L. may modify these terms when justified (legal changes, service evolution). Changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not accept the new conditions, you may cancel your account before they take effect.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute between professionals, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid (Spain), waiving any other venue if applicable.
