How we will handle personal data in WolfOps once it is publicly available.

Last updated: May 1, 2026

Notice: WolfOps is under development and does not yet accept public signups. When it becomes available, this page will be replaced by the full privacy policy, in line with the rest of the product portfolio.

Current state

While WolfOps does not yet accept public signups, we do not process personal data tied to users or customers in the product context. The only personal information that may reach us right now comes from voluntary emails sent to [email protected] (product interest, use cases, early access). Those emails are handled with the same diligence as any incoming correspondence:

  • Purpose: reply to your query and, if you ask, keep you informed about product availability.
  • Legal basis: your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), inferred from sending the email.
  • Retention: until you ask for deletion at [email protected].
  • No sharing: your email is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes or added to any automated marketing list.

At launch

When WolfOps becomes publicly available, this policy will be extended to cover at least:

  • Account data (admin user, billing).
  • Operational data the customer integrates into the product.
  • Controller / Processor model, with a dedicated DPA.
  • Subprocessors (the public list is already in place).
  • Retention, international transfers and rights.

Rights

In the meantime, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability at any time by writing to [email protected].

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority within the EU.
