Agilizando la gestión de proyectos

Abstract

Applying agile methodologies and methods like Scrum and Kanban can be challenging, and blending both can sound weird at the beginning. However, precisely this is what we’ve been doing at amplía)))’s product development department. During this talk, I shared with the audience our experience in leveraging the power of taking the best of both methods, creating our Scumban system.

Primer Foro de gestión de PYMES by Bureau Veritas and Escuela de Organización Industrial

In May 2010, I had the privilege of attending as a speaker at the First SME Management Forum organized by Bureau Veritas and EOI - Escuela de Organización Industrial in Madrid.

During my presentation, I was able to explain the mixed Scrum + Kanban approach that we apply to the agile development of products and services in the development team that I have had the good fortune to lead for 20 years in amplía))).

As can be deduced from the date of the presentation (12 years ago) at amplía)))) we are pioneers in implementing and using agile methodologies with a practical experience of 12 years of applying these techniques daily.
