Internet de la Cosas Industrial aplicado a la eficiencia energética

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) is the network of physical objects embedded with electronics, software, sensors, and network connectivity that enables these objects to collect and exchange data. In this presentation, I explore how industrial companies can apply IoT-based systems for energy efficiency.

The Carlos III University of Getafe in Madrid allowed me to present at the T3chFest of 2016, this time alone, a vision of how the Internet of Things - IoT can help the industrial sector to improve the efficiency of its production processes through digitization and monitoring.

During the presentation, I showed the case of Neuronalia and MetScale as an end-to-end cloud solution for automatic collection of power consumption and signal quality for early detection of anomalies in industrial and electrical equipment operation.
